Amaranth in Soup

Prepare the soup, the beef stock I used. The ham I brought back from Yunnan, Xuanwei brand ham, tastes good, I specially used it for this dish

Wash your own amaranth

Dice ham, diced songhua egg, prepare garlic diced

Cook the ham on medium-low heat for about 3 minutes, and cook the ham

Add some salt at the end
