Amaranth Fried Rice

Soak the amaranth in salt water for 15 minutes in advance. Then drain and prepare.

After draining, chop the amaranth.
3.
Chop garlic and set aside.
4.
Heat in a pot and add oil to sauté the garlic into a scent.
5.
Put the amaranth and stir fry evenly.
6.
Pour the rice and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Add some salt to taste after it's almost all colored.
8.
Pour some fuel and consume the right amount. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
Tips:
Stir-fried amaranth needs garlic to fragrant.
