Amaranth with Garlic

Wash the amaranth and dry it with water.

Turn on the fire and put the oil in the wok.

After the oil is warm, put the garlic in and stir fragrant.

After the garlic is fragrant, put the amaranth and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry the amaranth until 8 is ripe, add salt and stir-fry.

Stir-fry and serve.
Tips:
There is no need to add water during the stir-frying process of the green vegetables, because the amaranth itself contains more water, and the garlic must be fragrant before adding the vegetables. Be careful not to cook too salty. The salty amaranth will not taste good.
