Amaranth with Garlic
1.
Chop garlic and set aside;

Pick amaranth, wash and set aside;
3.
Heat the pan and pour the oil;
4.
Add the chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant;
5.
Pour in the washed amaranth and stir-fry evenly;
6.
Add salt, chicken bouillon and pepper, stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot;
7.
A plate of fragrant and delicious garlic amaranth is out of the pot.
Tips:
You can add a bit of lard in the oil to make the fried amaranth taste softer.
