Amaranth with Olive Oil

Olive oil and amaranth

Wash the amaranth and put it in boiling water, blanch it for a minute, remove it and let cool

Minced garlic

Put the minced garlic in a bowl

Pour olive oil

Then add fresh soy sauce, aged vinegar, sugar, a little salt and stir well

Let the amaranth cool down and squeeze out the water, then pour the seasoning juice in, mix well and eat it, especially appetizing for dinner!
Tips:
1. If the amaranth is longer, you can cut it short before mixing
2. Seasoning can be adjusted according to your own taste, but a little vinegar is very flavorful
