Amber Jelly

Soak the skin and wash it off

Pork skin with cold water into the pot

Turn off the heat after boiling
4.
Scrape the fat from the skin

Wash the processed meat skin repeatedly with hot water

Chop the skin

Put in the electric pressure cooker

Add cold water, [skin: water=1:2 or so], put in the bag containing ginger and bay leaves

Simmer for 40 minutes

After releasing the pressure, open the lid and add salt to taste

Then add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to enhance the flavor

After cooling, refrigerate to solidify and cut into pieces

After taking it out, it becomes an amber jelly

Change the knife and install it on the plate, you can taste it
Tips:
1. Because the water in the electric pressure cooker hardly evaporates, the ratio of water to skin should not be too high.
2. The amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce can be adjusted according to your favorite color.
