The amber peach kernels are so delicious. I made another pot last night and ate a small bowl in one go. It was too sinful at night. I just can’t control it... I am a person who doesn’t like walnuts very much. I think the walnuts are bitter, and it's not delicious to eat them directly. So when you eat it, you can process it first, bake it for a few minutes to make it more crispy, and then boil the syrup to wrap the walnut surface, which is very sweet. I have made white sugar and brown sugar, and they are all delicious. It turns out that my friends and I have bought them on purpose. Did they succeed in making them? Do I want to go to a stall~"

Ingredients

Amber Walnut

1. Peel the walnut kernels.

2. Put the walnuts in the oven and bake at 150 degrees for 5 minutes to make the walnuts more crispy.

3. Take out the walnuts and let them cool, prepare water, white sugar (brown sugar is also OK), cooked sesame seeds, and honey.

4. Put the water and sugar in the pot.

5. Heat on medium and small heat, stirring constantly to avoid muddy bottom of the pot.

6. Pour honey quickly until the foam is fine and the sugar juice is sticky.

7. Add cooked sesame seeds.

8. Pour in the walnuts and stir fry a few times to coat them with syrup evenly.

9. Spread out and let cool before serving.
