Amber Walnut
1.
First, boil water in a pot, boil the water and add walnuts, and cook for 1-2 minutes. The water for boiling walnuts and peanuts is reddish brown, which is normal. Take the cooked walnuts out to drain the water, and place them in the microwave oven to remove the water.
2.
Pour in raw sesame seeds from the pan, stir fry, and fry the sesame seeds (if there are cooked sesame seeds, this step can be omitted)
3.
In another pot, put sugar in the pot, add honey or not, put in an appropriate amount of water, and boil the syrup
4.
Let the fire boil first! Use a shovel to keep moving, and when it is a bit sticky, you can put in the walnuts (to avoid the sugar simmering for a long time). Turn the heat to a low heat, coat the walnuts and peanuts evenly with the syrup, slowly boil the syrup almost, then turn off the heat
5.
Put another pot on a low heat, put a proper amount of Green Da camellia oil in the pot, test the temperature on the top of the pot with your hands, you can put the walnuts in and fry it when it is warm, flip it back and forth, don’t get burnt
6.
Take it out in about 1-2 minutes, place it on greased paper or a plate, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. It’s not crispy just after being fried, so let it cool before eating
Tips:
1. After the syrup is boiled, the steps of adding walnuts are all low heat! !
2. Pay attention to the color of walnuts when frying, in case the walnuts are too dark due to long frying
