The dim lighting is full of American country style, retro and nostalgic, semi-open kitchen; just watching the pizza baking process is a kind of enjoyment;"

American Country Pizza

1. Put high powder, water, yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil in the basin, and knead the dough until the surface of the dough is smooth and elastic;

2. Round the dough and place it in the basin, and cover the top with a damp cloth or plastic wrap;

3. Put it in the oven and ferment for 50 minutes to 2 times the size;

4. Take out the fermented dough and let it relax for 10 minutes. Roll it out into a dough of the same size as the pizza pan, put it in the pizza pan, and pierce some small holes on the surface with a fork;

5. Spread some tomato sauce evenly on the surface of the crust;

6. Sprinkle some mozzarella on the bottom, put pineapple and bell peppers, carrots, onions, bacon, put on salami, and sprinkle some more on the surface

7. Put it in a baking tray, and bake for about 18 minutes at the bottom of the oven at 180 degrees.

Tips:

You can put more fruits and vegetables that you like, but pay attention to less of the ones that are easy to drain.
