American Ginseng Lean Meat Stew
1.
Pick a lean piece of meat and remove its fascia.
2.
Chop into minced meat
3.
Cut ginger into thin strips for later use
4.
American ginseng slices spare
5.
Take a stewing pot, put 2-4 ingredients in, pour in warm water.
6.
Take a steaming pot, put enough water in it (be sure to put a little more water), put the stew pot in the steaming rack, cover it, and steam it over water. Stew on a high fire first and then a low fire.
7.
After simmering for about 2 hours, take out an appropriate amount of salt, stir well, and put it into a bowl to drink.
Tips:
1. Choose lean meat to make the soup purer.
2. Don't put too much American ginseng. It's not OK to put ten grams if you like the taste. I put too little ginseng this time, only five grams. I am afraid that my daughter is not used to the taste of American ginseng.
3. Pour warm water into the stewing pot. Don't use cold water for fear of fishy.
4. The stewing time can be adjusted according to your own situation. At least 45 minutes or more.
