American Roast Pork Knuckle with Apple Sauce
1.
Wash the pork knuckle and make a cut on the surface.
2.
Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly, wrap it in plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
3.
Cut potatoes into pieces, add salt, chili powder, pizza straw, olive oil and mix well.
4.
Unpack the pork knuckle and sprinkle with olive oil, chili powder, and pizza straw.
5.
After preheating the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, put the potatoes and pork knuckle in the oven and bake for 1 hour (the potatoes are placed on the baking tray and placed on the lowest level of the oven, and the pork knuckle is placed on the grilling net and placed on the middle level).
6.
Then take out the potatoes and continue roasting the pork knuckle for 30 minutes at 230 degrees, so that the skin will be crispy.
7.
Juice the lemon and set aside.
8.
Dice the apple and bring to a boil in a pot of cold water.
9.
Add powdered sugar and lemon juice.
10.
Boil on low heat until soft and delicate.
