Amethyst Algae

Soak the amethyst algae in cold water for about 30 seconds, remove and drain the water, shred the red pepper, shred the cucumber, and mince the garlic

Use sesame oil, light soy sauce, vinegar, a little sugar, pepper, and minced garlic to make a juice (because I mixed it with mustard, no salt)

Pour the adjusted juice into a bowl and add shredded red pepper, shredded cucumber, mustard, and amethyst algae

Stir well and put it on the plate (you can also sprinkle some coriander)
