At the summer table, the most indispensable dish is the cold dish. This one looks very beautiful and eats very refreshing blood coral grass. It is indeed a cool dish worth having on the summer table!

Ingredients

Cold Blood Coral

1. Wash the blood coral grass (amethyst algae) with enough water to soak for 8 hours, change the water several times in the middle, and use cold boiled water to soak the hair for the last time

2. Cucumber and fried tofu skin (using deep-fried tofu skin) are passed over with boiling water, and the soaked blood coral grass is cut into small pieces

3. Also shred cucumber and fried tofu skin, peel and mince garlic for later use

4. Pour appropriate amount of light soy sauce, vinegar, salt and sesame oil into a bowl and mix thoroughly to form a sauce

5. After all the ingredients are cut, you can put them in the refrigerator. When they are cold, add garlic granules and seasoning juice when you eat. Mix well and you can eat it. It is cool and sour and super appetizing.
