Iced Bamboo Shoots with Sweet Beans

Prepare the main ingredients: sweet beans, ice bamboo shoots and blood coral, ice bamboo shoots and blood coral foam

Wash the sweet beans, do not pick them first, blanch the whole, and boil a pot of water. After the water is boiled, pour the sweet beans

A few drops of edible oil can keep the sweet beans green in color

After boiling, count down 5 seconds to turn off the heat

Take the sweet beans out of cold water (to keep the crispy taste), then pinch off the two ends, tear off the old tendons, and finely chop the garlic

Put sweet beans, ice bamboo shoots and blood coral in a bowl, add minced garlic, and adjust appropriate amount of soy sauce

Finally, add 1 tablespoon of homemade seasoning oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, a little salt and fried white sesame seeds, and mix well.
