Amethyst Algae

Prepare ingredients amethyst algae into the plate.

Prepare ingredients carrots, cucumbers, and small red peppers and put them on the plate.

Soak the amethyst algae in cold water for about half a minute. Rinse 6-8 times to clean the sand in the amethyst algae, and then drain the water. Leave it for about 15-20 minutes, and wait for the surface moisture to be absorbed.

Shred carrots, cucumbers, and small red peppers and put them on the plate.

Add chili oil.

Add monosodium glutamate, vinegar, sesame oil, light soy sauce, and sugar to make a juice.

Put amethyst algae, cabbage shreds, carrot shreds, and cucumber shreds into a bowl.

Pour the seasoning juice and mix well.
Tips:
There is a lot of sand in amethyst algae. After soaking, it should be washed 6 to 8 times.
