Tips:
1. The beef slices are blanched in boiling water, and they can be removed when they change color. It doesn't take too long. The blanched beef slices can remove the taint that may have, and it is not easy to stick when it is burned in tomato sauce.
2. The skin can be easily peeled off when the tomatoes are roasted on the fire, or the tomatoes can be blanched in boiling water, and the effect is the same.
3. I put tomato sauce in the tomato sauce instead of tomato sauce. The taste is up to you. If you like to eat more sour, you can add more. If you don’t have tomato sauce at home, you can use tomato sauce instead, but the sweetness in the tomato sauce will be greater. (Ketchup has not been adjusted. The taste is generally much more sour than tomato sauce. It does not have any sweetness. It is generally used for cooking. Tomato sauce is the kind that has been adjusted and can be eaten directly, such as KFC. The kind is tomato sauce.)
