Anchovy Golden Shrimp

1. Prepare the ingredients listed in Figure 1, remove the shrimp head and cut the hair, peel the shrimp skin and leave only the tail. Use a toothpick to remove the two fishy lines from the back of the shrimp and the belly of the shrimp. Cut the body of the shrimp one-third away from the head (do not cut), pass the tail of the shrimp through here, and the body of the shrimp is ball-shaped [呲牙]. Then use some cooking wine, salt, pepper and a little bit of flavour to marinate for 15-20 minutes. (I put it in the refrigerator overnight, it’s okay)

2. The marinated shrimp rolls around in the starch [smile], then rolls in the egg liquid again [smile]

3. The oil temperature is about 50-60 degrees. Use bamboo chopsticks to stand up in the oil pan. When there are white bubbles around, place the shrimps. Filter the oil on the absorbent paper.

4. Arrange the plate and match with tomato sauce, perfect. Who wouldn't like this golden, high-protein nutritious meal?
Tips:
1. If you eat in the morning, you can take care of it the night before, so you won’t panic at breakfast.
