Snake Gourd Fried Prawns

Remove the head of the large green prawns, cut off the prawn silk, pick off the prawn thread, wash and set aside; peel the snake gourd, remove the flesh, shred, and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of green onion, ginger, minced garlic, salt, cornstarch, and cooking wine to the large green prawns, mix well, and marinate for ten minutes.

Heat the pan with oil, and pour the marinated large green prawns.

Stir-fry over high heat until the shrimp changes color.

Add tomato sauce and toning.

Add oyster sauce to increase freshness.

Add appropriate amount of hot water and salt to taste, cover the pan, and heat for six minutes on medium and low heat.

Pour out the cooked shrimp and set aside.

In another oil pan, pour the shredded snake gourd and stir-fry until softened.

Pour in the cooked shrimp and juice.

Stir-fry evenly over high heat, add a little chicken bouillon, add the flavor and juice, and then it can be served.
Tips:
1. Snake gourd needs to be fried and crispy to taste, therefore, the potting time should be short.
2. Oyster sauce has saltiness, so be careful when adding salt.
