Fried Prawns with Cucumber

Wash two cucumbers, cut into square slices, and set aside.

Ten large green prawns, remove the head, pick the prawn thread, wash, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, a little salt, and marinate for ten minutes.

Soak the fungus in warm water, wash and tear the small flowers, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté chopped green onion, ginger and garlic.

Add 2 scoops of oyster sauce and some hot water.
