Boiled Green Shrimp

Wash the large green prawns, use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp thread on the second section of the back of the shrimp, and then clean it.

Wear a long bamboo stick from the middle part of the shrimp body.

Put each big green prawn through a bamboo stick.

Put shrimp skewers in the plate, pour an appropriate amount of cooking wine into each shrimp body and soak for 10 minutes to remove fishy.

Bring the water in the pot to a boil.

Put the shrimp skewers into the pot, and tilt the pot inward with your left hand so that the shrimp will be immersed and cooked.
