Anchovy Shrimp

Peel the shrimp thread and cut it with scissors in the middle. Put in: ginger garlic cooking wine and cumin powder marinate for more than 20 minutes.

Prepare cornstarch, egg liquid, and bread crumbs. Wrap one layer each in this order

Wrapped and fried in hot oil.

When frying, you can use chopsticks to flip it over, and it will take a minute or two to fry.
