Andrographis
1.
Remove the old stems of Andrographis paniculata, wash and soak for a while
2.
Use a vegetable spin bucket to shake off excess water
3.
Prepare some minced garlic and shredded pepper
4.
Put andrographis colored pepper shreds in a basin, then sprinkle with fried sesame seeds and mix well
5.
Add minced garlic to a bowl and add light soy sauce
6.
Add vinegar
7.
Add some abalone sauce
8.
Finally add some sesame oil and stir well
9.
Pour on the stirred andrographis, mix well and eat!
Tips:
You can also use chili oil or pepper oil instead of sesame oil. Both light soy sauce and abalone juice are salty, so there is no need to add salt
