[anhui Cuisine] Braised Fish Tail (home Cooking)
1.
Cut the onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.
2.
After buying the fish tail, remember to remove the black film from the belly of the fish, then add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, white pepper, a small amount of salt, and marinate for 15 minutes.
3.
Drain the fish body and pat on starch oil. After the pan is heated, add two slices of ginger and sauté until fragrant, then add the fish tails and fry them until they are cooked.
4.
Fry the golden brown and take it out of the pan.
5.
Leave some remaining oil in the pot, sauté the ginger and garlic slices and the bean paste until fragrant.
6.
Put the fried fish in, then pour half a bowl of water.
7.
Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, cover the pot and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes. (Remember to open the lid halfway and scoop up the soup and pour it on the fish);
8.
After the soup thickens, turn off the heat, sprinkle some chicken essence, and chopped green onion, and it's out of the pot.
9.
The fish body may taste more delicious because it has been fried! (You can try if you like, see the big picture of the finished recipe in the upper left corner)
