Anpanman Donuts
1.
Wash the soybeans, add appropriate amount of water into the wall breaker, buckle the lid, start the pure soybean milk program, about 30 minutes to complete
2.
When finished, open the lid (be careful of hot air), pour out about 50 grams of soy milk, and dilute with appropriate amount of water. Because the soy milk made with the wall-breaking machine has no bean dregs, the soy milk is very delicate and thick, and it needs to be diluted with an appropriate amount of water before mixing.
3.
Yeast powder, soy milk, high-gluten flour, sugar and salt that have been cooled to room temperature, are put into the inner barrel of the bread machine to start the kneading process and fermented to double the size. Soy milk must be left to cool to the point where it is slightly cool to the touch, otherwise it will affect the yeast activity
4.
Exhaust and knead well. When taken out of the bread bucket, the internal tissue is purple, delicate and porous cellulite
5.
Let the noodles stand for about 20 minutes, roll them into a 5 mm thick sheet, and use a mold to buckle out the shape
6.
Put it on a baking tray lined with greased paper, leaving a little space in the middle. Try to keep the shape unchanged
7.
Put into the oven, at room temperature or fermentation function, ferment to double the size
8.
Heat the oil in a pan and heat it to about 150 degrees. Carefully put the second fermented doughnuts in the oil and fry them, turning them over halfway. The small oil pan I use consumes less fuel, but it can only fry two together
9.
Remove and place on absorbent paper to cool. At this time, you can eat it directly or decorate it on the surface
10.
While cooling, melt an appropriate amount of chocolate in water. I use lemon-flavored chocolate, you can also use white chocolate with a drop of yellow food coloring and mix thoroughly
11.
Spread on the donut, glue the chocolate coins, put a little chocolate into the cut-out piping bag, and draw an expression
Tips:
Because the surface is decorated with chocolate, the dough is not particularly sweet. If you eat it directly, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or add butter and sugar as appropriate when making the dough.
