Anshen Pig Heart Soup

The pig's heart is cleaned of blood and blood clots and cut into small pieces.

Wash the medicinal materials and soak for a while.

Put the cut pig's heart in a pot with cold water and a few drops of cooking wine to boil, skim off the foam, and rinse the pig's heart with clean water. The soup cooked in this way will be clear without any froth.

I cooked it in an electric saucepan, wrapped it in tin foil, and simmered it for two hours. If you cook it on a gas stove, one and a half hours should be enough. Look at the water. Pork heart is the meat that is not easy to stew. This is its unique taste.
