Stir-fried Pleurotus Eryngii

Cut pleurotus eryngii into strips, and cut green and red peppers into strips.

Beat in an egg, pour in cornstarch, and stir well.

When the oil is 80% hot, pour in the pleurotus eryngii.

Break up and fry until it turns yellow and remove.

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add chopped green onion, green and red pepper, dried chili, and Chinese pepper, and stir fry a few times.

Pour in pleurotus eryngii, a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of thirteen incense, and a spoonful of chicken powder. Stir evenly.
