Entering 18 years, I have never had a leisurely time.
All kinds of busyness, all kinds of tired heart. Especially the decoration of the new home and my husband’s broken arm made me feel very tired. Coupled with Spring Festival parties and family banquets, the stomach is full. At this time, I like to make all kinds of fruit drinks.
There are many kinds of fruits at home, so I don't dare to eat cold things when it's cold, so I use them to make sweet soups, which can clear the fire, eliminate food, and make them greasy. My friends and relatives like it.

Ingredients

Appetizing and Refreshing Fruit Hawthorn Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients: clean, peel and cut apples, pears and peaches.

2. Soak the hawthorn slices in clean water and clean them (this is the wild hawthorn slices I aired myself last year).

3. Peel the Sydney pear and cut into pieces for later use.

4. Cut the apple into pieces and set aside.

5. Put the pear, apple, and peach cubes into the pot.

6. Add hawthorn slices.

7. Add clean water to fire and heat.

8. Turn to a low fire after the water boils.

9. Add rock sugar.

10. Slowly simmer until the soup thickens and the color turns red, then turn off the heat.

Tips:

1. Fruits are easy to oxidize. Use them as soon as possible after cutting them, or soak them in water.
2. You can add more water if you like to drink fruit soup, and less water if you like to eat fruit.
3. The amount of sugar is based on personal preference.
