Every Chinese New Year will pickle some dishes. Today I will make a Korean-style spicy cabbage. The method is very simple.

Pickled Spicy Cabbage

1. One cabbage

2. Cut into 2 halves, sprinkle with salt, and marinate for 4 hours

3. Ingredients for the sauce

4. White radish and garlic sprouts shredded

5. Boil glutinous rice flour

6. Add chili powder, shrimp skin, ginger and garlic

7. Add white radish, apple, pear and garlic sprouts

8. Mix well and add sugar and salt

9. Stir well and apply to the cabbage

10. Put it in a container, seal and marinate for 3-5 days.
