Appetizing Tomato Fish Soup
1.
Remove the black film of the grass carp, wash it, and cut it into coin-thick slices.
2.
Add salt, pepper, cornstarch and mix well. Pour in a little salad oil and mix well.
3.
Wash the tomatoes and break the small pieces. I didn't peel it. The content of lycopene under the skin is the highest. You can remove the skin if you don't like it. (Tomato peeling method: cut a cross knife at the bottom, boil it in water until the skin is cracked, then it can be peeled easily.
4.
Put a little oil in the pot and stir the garlic until fragrant.
5.
Turn to high heat and pour tomatoes.
6.
Stir-fry the tomatoes in red oil. Pour in water, boil for a few minutes, and change to low heat.
Add ginger shreds. (The fish is very fresh, you don’t need to add garlic and ginger)
7.
Put the fish fillets, one by one without overlapping.
The fish fillets are discolored and curled, add salt and chopped green onion to eat.
