Apple Cinnamon Cake

1. Put the butter at room temperature to soften, add sugar/vanilla extract to beat

Add eggs in portions and stir well
3.
Sift the flour and add in the apple juice alternately, mix well

Pour 8 1/2-cup cake tins (or ordinary muffin tins), spread apple slices, mix brown sugar and cinnamon powder and sprinkle on the surface

Bake at 175 degrees for about 25 minutes, adjust the appropriate temperature and time according to your own oven situation
