Apple Crisp

Pour a small amount of water into the boiling pot, boil the sugar, pour the sliced apples and add a few drops of lemon juice

When the apples are soft and slightly yellowish

Pick up and let cool for later use

Here I used the leftover puff pastry from the last recipe.

Take a small ball of puff pastry and roll it out with a round knife to cut it into a semicircle.

Fold the apple slices on top

Roll up from right to left after wrapping

Put it in the mold, you can also use the egg tart mold, put it in the middle layer of the oven preheated at 180 degrees, and bake for 25 minutes. Take out and brush with honey 5 minutes before baking.

Finally, you can also sprinkle some powdered sugar as a decoration. You don’t need to add it if you don’t like it too sweet.
