Red Bean Pie

First take out a sheet of puff pastry in advance to soften it, and cut it in half.

Spread egg liquid around half of the melaleuca, and put an appropriate amount of red bean paste in the middle.

Cover the other half, pinch tightly around, and press out the pattern with a fork.

Use a knife to make a few strokes on the surface.

Complete everything in turn and place on the baking tray.

Brush the whole egg liquid on the surface, put it in the preheated oven, and bake the middle layer at 180 degrees for about 15-18 minutes.

Take it out and let it cool for a while, layer by layer and crispy.

Take a look, it's delicious.
Tips:
1. Due to the different power levels of the ovens, the oven time and temperature are for reference only.
2. Melaleuca crust can be made by yourself or replaced with flying cake crust.
