Apple Peach Pie

Paste ingredients: 1 apple, 1 peach, 1 butter, 10g, cornstarch, 10g, water, 20g, salt, 1/4 teaspoon of white sugar, 45g
Filling materials: low-gluten flour 150g, butter 50g, caster sugar 15g, water 42g
Production steps Cut the butter into small pieces and let it soften at room temperature;
Add to low-gluten flour;
Then add the caster sugar;
Mix it by hand and knead it into a coarse powder granular shape;
Add it to the water;
Then knead it into dough, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour!

Wash the peaches and apples, peel them, and cut into small cubes for later use;
Fill a small bowl with water and cornstarch, and turn it into water starch for later use;
Put butter in the pot, keep the heat low, and melt slowly;

Tips:

2. The peaches and apples are relatively large, about 350g after peeling and pitting;
3. You can choose other fruits to make, which is good for melons and pears with a little hardness!
