Apple Pie

Put the kneaded dough in the refrigerator for one hour

Dice the apple, put butter and sugar in the pot, cook until soft, pour the mixed cornstarch water into the heat and turn off the heat

Roll out the dough into a pie crust and put it on the plate, pour in the cooked diced apples

Roll the remaining dough into thin slices and cut them into slices. Weave them on top of the pie. Spread a layer of egg liquid and put them in the oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
