Apple Scam

Dough: 100 grams of low-gluten flour, 10 grams of fine sugar, two fingers and a pinch of coarse salt, 3 grams of baking powder, 20 grams of corn oil, 40 grams of milk, 100 grams of apples, decoration: appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, appropriate amount of fine sugar.

Wash the apples, remove the core and stems, and cut into small strips about 5 mm thick, and set aside.

Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder and sift into a large bowl.

Tips:
During the baking process, if you feel the color is dark, cover it with tin foil.
The number of scones can be increased or decreased according to the size you want.
White sesame seeds can be replaced with other chopped nuts.
This scones is not very sweet, you can add sugar for heavy mouthfuls according to your own taste.
