Apple Tart

Peel the apple and cut into small cubes

Pour milk, whipped cream, condensed milk and white sugar into the pot,

Heat on a low heat, stir while cooking, cook until small bubbles appear, turn off the heat, and let it dry for a while,

Add the egg yolk three times,

Stir until fully integrated,

Sift the tart water twice,

Add diced apples to the custard crust,

Pour the tart water, 9 minutes full,

Put it into the preheated oven, middle level, 200 degrees, up and down, bake for 20 minutes.
Tips:
Don't bake the apple tart too much at one time, just bake it and eat it right now to taste the best!
