Apricot Cake

1. Separate egg yolk and egg white

2. Add soy milk powder to the egg yolk

3. Add two teaspoons of flour to the egg yolk

4. Add a little almond dew (about 2 teaspoons) to make a thick paste (as long as the chopsticks can be turned)

5. Add half a teaspoon of sugar to the egg white and beat

6. Pour all the egg whites into the egg yolk paste and stir well

7. Brush a little cooking oil on the microwave oven pan

8. Pour a spoonful of the paste on the baking tray, 800W microwave oven on medium heat for 4 minutes and then turn to low heat for 1 minute.
