Apricot Yogurt Cup

After breaking the digestive biscuits into crumbles, add melted butter and mix well

Place the same amount in six glass cups (or a six-inch mold can also be used)

Gelatine tablets softened in cold water

A small spoonful of yogurt and gelatine flakes are placed in the microwave and heated until the gelatine flakes are melted

Yogurt and light cream (no need to whip) mix well, add melted gelatin flakes (the yogurt should be thick and original, if you use thinner yogurt, then don’t put light cream in it, but the taste will be slightly inferior )

Place equal amounts in six cups

Add the diced apricots and white sugar to the stainless steel pot and heat it over a medium-to-low heat

Cook until the apricots soften
9.
Puree with a food processor
10.
Spread evenly on the yogurt and refrigerate for two hours before serving!
