Arctic Bay Sashimi

Thaw the Arctic shells naturally, rinse with cold water and drain

Cut the original Arctic scallop in half

Scrape the yellow paste with a knife

Wash it with cold boiled water and arrange it on a plate

5. Make sauce: mix light soy sauce, sesame oil, soft sugar, balsamic vinegar and cold water in the ginger and garlic to mix evenly
