Arctic Black Currant & Lime Tower

Place the oats and almonds in the food processor and stir for a few seconds after they have naturally merged.

Add date palm oil and coconut oil and stir until fully incorporated. Separate the stirred mixture with a silicone cake mold and put it in the refrigerator.

Add cashew nuts, sweeteners, coconut milk, blackcurrant powder, coconut oil and vanilla to the cream, and stir until creamy. Add the lime zest and orange juice and stir again.

Scoop the mixture into a tart box, and then put these in the freezer for about 3 hours.

After the tart boxes are shaped, melt the chocolate and pour on each tart.
6.
Put it in the refrigerator again until the chocolate sets.
7.
