Arctic Scallops with Cold Salad

Wash the prepared ingredients and drain the water. Cut the red bizai (little red radish) in half and cut into slices. Cut the colored pepper into strips. Take the white onion and cut into shreds. Put all the ingredients into a large bowl. Inside, add a spoonful of sugar and a spoonful of salt

After thawing the Arctic shellfish, cut it in half with scissors, rinse off the impurities inside with cold water, and then drain the water and cut into silk

Chop 4 pieces of garlic into garlic paste, take a small bowl, squeeze half a piece of wasabi, and 3 tablespoons of Japanese soy sauce.

Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan, add the garlic paste and change the heat to medium and low heat to fry the garlic slowly until it becomes golden yellow. Pour it in a small bowl with soy sauce and mustard. Use chopsticks to stir evenly.
