As You Like It, It's Delicious~~ Strawberry Chocolate Donuts

Prepare the ingredients, divide the sugar into two parts and leave 1/5 to beat the whole egg,

First mix the oil with 4/5 powdered sugar. Whisk the three eggs in the water evenly, then add the low powder and baking powder (baking powder may not be added) and mix well. The batter stays for 20 minutes.

Beat two eggs with icing sugar until the 8 lines on the expanded egg beater do not disappear

First take a part of the beaten egg liquid and mix it with the egg yolk paste, then mix it with the rest of the egg liquid evenly (do not stir in a circle), transfer the batter to the piping bag, and then squeeze it into the doughnut mold. Bake in the oven at 170°C for 12-15 minutes

Bake the doughnuts out of the mold

Melt 100 grams of Valrhona's chocolate in water, add 30 grams of butter, stir together smoothly, and start dipping the doughnut cake with chocolate

Before the chocolate has solidified, start decorating the donuts. For example, sprinkle with decorative sugar, nut particles, dried rose petals and other decorations, and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.

Tips:
It is recommended that the room temperature does not exceed 32 degrees when making it. When I make it, the room temperature exceeds 35 degrees, so the chocolate cannot be set properly. Baking powder can be omitted when making the doughnut base, but there is no guarantee that it will not shrink.
