Asparagus and Shrimp Slip...spring Healthy Vegetables

Wash asparagus

Remove the roots and peel the asparagus
3.
Cut the asparagus into diagonal sections and wait for blanching

Boil water, add some salt, add asparagus to blanch for a minute or two, remove and put in cold water for later use
5.
Shrimp slippery thawed and set aside
6.
Slide the thawed shrimp and cut into small pieces with a knife
7.
Heat up the oil in a pan and cook the shrimp on a low heat.
8.
Pour oil in a hot pan, add shrimp and asparagus, pour in cooking wine and stir fry for a while, season with salt and pepper according to personal taste.
