1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Shred a thousand sheets.

3. Shred the cucumber.

4. Soak enoki mushrooms, fern root powder, konjac shreds and fungus in warm water.

5. Put the konjac shreds in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.

6. Put the enoki mushrooms in boiling water and blanch them for 10 seconds.

7. Thousand sheets are blanched in boiling water for 10 seconds.

8. Put the fern root powder in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.

9. Put all the seasonings in a bowl and mix well.

10. Cut the chili into small circles, put all the ingredients in a large bowl, and pour the sauce on it.

Tips:

1. I buy konjac silk in boxes from the market;
2. The ingredients do not need to be cooked for too long, because it is fern root powder, it will not taste good when cooked for too long;
3. If the sauce is too thick, pour some boiled water into it.
