Assorted Cold Noodles
1.
Cut cucumber and ham into shreds and set aside. Dice garlic heads and rinse them with hot water into garlic water. Cut black fungus into shreds and blanch them with boiling water.
2.
Put the noodles in a pot and boil water for two times (add cold water after the first time to boil and boil again) out of the pot.
3.
Put the boiled noodles in ice boiling water to cool thoroughly and remove.
4.
Add a teaspoon of sesame oil to the removed noodles, stir briefly, and let stand for 5 minutes.
5.
Add the previously prepared cucumber, ham sausage, black fungus, garlic, light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and Haitian's signature bibimbap sauce to the noodles. Stir evenly before serving.
Tips:
1. The Haitian signature bibimbap sauce I use at home, but I think it should be replaced with Laoganma or your favorite sauce. 2. Wide noodles can also be replaced with ramen noodles, which are more chewy. 3. Because there are many people in the family, the amount of preparation is relatively large. You can add or subtract ingredients according to your needs. 4. Adding fried peanuts will be even better.
