Assorted Egg Fried Rice

Forgive me for no green onion, diced rutabaga, tomato and bacon

Beat two eggs and pour in the rice noodles, stir well, so that each grain of rice is covered with egg juice.

Add the chopped green onion and sauté the bacon

Stir-fry the bacon until fragrant, add the rutabagas, stir fry for about ten seconds

Add the rice with egg sauce and stir fry until the eggs are cooked. (This step needs to be stir-fried all the time to avoid mashing the pan) After the eggs are cooked, add tomatoes, add salt and stir fry out of the pan.

I don’t have time to take photos after the tomatoes, so let’s just finish the photo. Students who like to eat sticky rice can collect it. Those students who like to eat grains and rice grains are hard to go out and turn left, don’t give it away, thank you!
