Assorted Fried Noodles

Boil the noodles until they are 80 years old, remove the cold water, drain the water, add an appropriate amount of olive oil, mix well and set aside. After washing the vegetables, cut them into filaments, and blanch the fungus in advance. I usually blanch the fungus and freeze it in the refrigerator, and just thaw it when I eat it.

Wash the shrimp to the sand line for later use.

Mix 3 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of steamed fish soy sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine, and half a spoon of sugar.

Put a little oil in the pot and fry the shrimps.

Use the base oil of the fried shrimp and add a proper amount of oil, add onions and stir fragrantly, then add carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, and fungus in turn.

Add the smoked sausage and noodles, hook into the bowl of juice prepared in advance, stir well, add salt in an appropriate amount, and lay out the pan. Put the half-boiled poached eggs on the noodles!

Tips:
1. The order of putting vegetables is very important.
2. The noodles must not be cooked until fully cooked, otherwise it will be sticky and taste bad.
