Assorted Fried Rice

Prepare all kinds of raw materials.

Boil the okra into cubes, dice pleurotus eryngii and ham, chop the chives, chopped green onions, mince the onions and garlic, add the eggs directly to the rice, and stir well. Add a little pepper, cooking wine, and starch to the shrimp, and marinate to remove fishy.

Tips:
1. Add a little lard to make it more fragrant.
