Well, the first dish I learned should be egg fried rice. When I was young, I used to go to my cousin’s house to eat rice, and my sister made me egg fried rice every morning. Assorted Fried Rice

1. Prepare all kinds of raw materials.

2. Boil the okra into cubes, dice pleurotus eryngii and ham, chop the chives, chopped green onions, mince the onions and garlic, add the eggs directly to the rice, and stir well. Add a little pepper, cooking wine, and starch to the shrimp, and marinate to remove fishy.

8. Add an appropriate amount of salt and sprinkle the chopped green onion before starting the pan.

Tips:

1. Add a little lard to make it more fragrant.
2. You can also scramble the eggs individually, depending on personal preference.
