Assorted Fried Rice with Beef Sausage

Prepare the ingredients to be used, wash cucumbers and cut into small dices, wash carrots, peel and cut into small dices.

The beef sausage is raw. Tear open the package of the sausage and heat it in a microwave oven on high heat for 2 minutes. Take it out and cut into small cubes.

Tips:
1. The leftover rice used for fried rice is best to be dry, as the rice that is too soft won't be able to fry one by one. If you like to eat eggs, you can fry an egg in advance, and finally add it to the rice and stir well.
2. Raw pure meat sausages can be heated in a microwave oven. Remember to open a hole in the packaging bag, otherwise the bag will burst.
