Assorted Fried Udon

Prepare materials. Shred the green pepper, shred the cabbage, and cut the red pepper (dried chili) into circles or shreds. Shred the onion.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Put the udon noodles in and gently slide them to the boil. Rinse a few times with cold water after picking it up.

Heat up a frying pan, add chopped green onion, ginger, onion, and red pepper rings until fragrant.

Then add the shredded cabbage and the shredded chili in turn and stir fry.

Add udon noodles and stir fry a few times

Add Maggi, salt, chicken powder, white pepper and stir well.
Tips:
The udon noodles are blanched in boiling water first, so that the fried udon noodles are smooth.
