1. Prepare materials. Shred the green pepper, shred the cabbage, and cut the red pepper (dried chili) into circles or shreds. Shred the onion.

2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Put the udon noodles in and gently slide them to the boil. Rinse a few times with cold water after picking it up.
